Tim Visits Cartmel Priory School

Tim Farron MP has today visited Cartmel Priory School, ahead of the election of their local Youth Parliament Member.
Tim met with the Student Council and answered students' questions on a wide range of issues, from enquiries about his background and his job as an MP, through to concerns about the refugee crisis.
Tim said: "I enjoyed visiting Cartmel Priory School, and was impressed by the brilliant questions which the students put to me.
They showed real concern for the needs of others, and a determination to make a difference for their communities."
