Farron calls for Torchlight volunteers

South Lakeland MP Tim Farron has made a plea to local people to volunteer as marshals at this year's Kendal Torchlight Carnival.

This year's event is scheduled to take place on the 9^th September. However, the event organisers are still looking for volunteers to help out as marshals, to enable the event to go ahead.
