South Lakes MP Tim Farron has tabled a motion in Parliament praising Kendal based company Right2Work for successfully helping local people get into work.

In 2017, the company successfully got 27 disadvantaged people and people with disabilities into paid work.

Tim said: "Right2Work deserve huge credit for this fantastic achievement.

"When I met the team back in October, it was encouraging to see their drive in helping those who are less fortunate get into paid work.

"Their efforts will have gone a long way to change those 27 people's lives and I would urge the Government to follow their example in working with businesses to help more disadvantaged people and people with disabilities enter the world of work."
