MP and councillors hold public meeting on Fellside

South Lakes MP Tim Farron will be attending a public meeting at the Fellside Centre, which has been organised by local councillor Giles Archibald. The event will take place on Friday 20 September 2013 at 6pm.

Constituents will have the opportunity to discuss any issues or concerns that they may have with MP Tim Farron and Fellside councillors Giles Archibald and John McCreesh. Vida Hedley, the Manager of the Fellside Centre, will also be present and available to answer questions.

Giles Archibald explains: "This meeting is not only about engaging with your local MP and councillors, but it is also about promoting the Fellside Centre as a facility. Centres, such as Fellside, can be the hub of a community with the support of locals. The Fellside Centre offers a number of workshops, groups and classes for all to enjoy."

Tim added: 'If I can help in any way at all please pop along and come and speak to me or local councillors Giles and John. The team work hard all year round for Fellside residents and this meeting is just another way of them reaching out to people."
